Execution
Our team managed procurement, installation, and commissioning of the HTC plant over a 14-week program, including operator training for the client's on-site team.

Waste disposal costs were eliminated and replaced with a saleable hydrochar output, with the plant reaching target throughput within 6 weeks of commissioning.
Impact
